IT Response Times
Due to the volume of IT requests, low priority tickets are currently taking up to 7 business days to complete, and are handled in the order that they are received.
Low priority tickets are issues that are not immediately critical to your work or system performance. This may include intermittent issues, non-urgent system enhancements, software errors that have a workaround, or functionality issues that do not prevent overall use of the system. While these issues will be addressed as promptly as possible, please note that resolution times may vary depending on the specific nature of the problem.
